pretty cool. I’m not really sure when mine actually showed up. my mother was careful in case I was born with it, since she had the same petrification mutation as me.

That wouldn't prove to be a problem. Maybe when I'm not training a few of the younger and avoiding trouble myself, I'd be glad to show you~

It has its down sides. sometimes it just gets a little.. out of control once in awhile. But I'm sure that someone who has the same abilities will help you control yours better.

*laughs a little* Anyone with the same abilities I’ve ever met died a long time ago. Though Morrigna’s trying to help me with my rock manipulation. Though if I can somehow control my petrification that would be amazing. Maybe you could show me yours sometime. Unless you think that might be too much of a problem.

/ooc She’s also really old (I won’t say just how old though) but she looks young (around 19ish) because she also drains the life force from those she turns to stone.

Oh really? That's pretty intimidating. Mine's more along the lines of electricity and tracking evasion. Pretty lame compared to yours.

Electricity sounds pretty cool, I don’t really know what tracking evasion means though. and it sounds cool but the side effects don’t make my life very easy. I mean there’s nothing wrong with me, but it’s annoying I can’t really walk around in public.

Though rock manipulations pretty sweet. your powers sound pretty cool.

/ooc she has green scaly skin and she can’t control her power so she wears sunglasses (or other covering)

Medusa laughed a little crossing her arms. “And I’m pretty sure Magneto wouldn’t like me turning members of the brotherhood into statues either.” She listened to the others idea and smiled. “Weapons? That sounds fun.” She thought of the idea before, but it was always too…

“A teacher might have been just what I needed.” After taking a break she took the sword back and started working on the blade. After a few minutes of not getting anywhere Medusa got an idea. She put her hand over the “blade” from the handle and slowly pushed down slicing away at the stone. It was a little harder then just shaping it, but it worked well. When she finished she smiled. It wasn’t the best looking sword, but it was functional. It was heavy, but that wasn’t a problem for her. “What do you think?”

Morrigna chuckled and shook her head. “Well, I must confess I’m rather fond of not being made out of stone. We could try helping you control that ability later.” She folded her arms across her chest and listened patiently to Medusa’s telling of her powers. Morrigna was not capable of manipulating anything herself, so the idea of being able to change things excited her. She grinned, and shifted so she could plant her hands on her hips. “Maybe we could work on crafting weapons made out of rock today. Try to make a sword. But make it strong.”

ooc;; no problem bby. XD I can understand getting tired. And her powers sound awesome. <3

Medusa laughed a little crossing her arms. “And I’m pretty sure Magneto wouldn’t like me turning members of the brotherhood into statues either.” She listened to the others idea and smiled. “Weapons? That sounds fun.” She thought of the idea before, but it was always too much of a hassle to bother so now seemed like a perfect time to practice. She raised her arms and focused pulling the nearby rocks together. Looking over all the rocks, she found one that should be big enough to form into a sword. Focusing hard she slowly shaped the stone into a basic sword shape and by that time she was out of breath. And then she only made the basic shape, nothing specific and no sharp edges, it sorta just looked like a baseball bat with a handle. Medusa sat down looking at the “sword”, taking a break. “You’d think with all the years I’ve been able to do this, I’d have figured out how to do this easily by now. But I’ve never bothered making anything so specific before. Usually just small simple things like balls and that chair I made.” She had to admit, she never expected making a sword to be so tiring. She knew it would be a challenge, but in her head it was still supposed to be easier then it was.

Medusa stood at the edge of the forest near the base. Morrigna Had spoken to her about training today. She already had years of practice, but since she was actually going to be putting them to some use (hopefully) she thought she might as well try refining them. Medusa pulled…

Medusa smiled as she saw the other woman, standing to greet her. “Hello Morrigna. Well I can turn people to stone via eye contact, and these are what these shades are for. But we’re not here to practice that I guess.” she pushed up her sunglasses a little with a smile. She wasn’t sure if Morrigna already knew that about her or not so she thought of mentioning it before they started training. “As for my stone manipulation I can move any kind of rock even crystals, I can make them change shapes, and I can change the rock type given the right circumstances. It’s not very easy, and not much of a concern but it’s possible. Though my biggest problem trying to change the shape of rocks. They don’t really like being manipulated like that, but I’ve done it before.”

/ooc sorry for the late reply I fell asleep last night. Also with changing rock types, the right circumstances means she can immitate the same pressure and stuff that would make it happen naturally.
